The BM FlexCheck is designed to collect all data from the vehicle inspection process and store this data in central databases for further processing.

The system features a long range of options, that allows for a customized processing.

OPTIONS
  • Electronic test equipment can be connected to BM FlexCheck via Bluetooth.
  • Collecting and processing vehicle inspection data.
    • Testing of all types of vehicles.
    • Data is collected using Windows or Android phone or tablet units using wireless transmission (WLAN or Bluetooth).
    • Data is transferred from the test equipment via the handheld unit and automatically sent to and stored on the test lane PC.
    • Data from visual inspection is entered in to the handheld unit and also stored on the test lane PC.
    • Inspection reports are printed from the test lane PC including PASS/FAIL evaluation.
    • The PASS/FAIL criteria is adapted to local rules and legislation.
  • Data exchange and integration between inspection centres and 3rd party databases.
    • Integration with government controlled vehicle databases.
