In a way to always provide the best service for business partners,PT JIM shown their continues to be commitment to deliver as highest as possible quality service to user. Since E-Catalogue contract agreement was signed in 2020 between Indonesia Ministry of Transportation & PT.JIM, the evaluation is made by Ministry to asses every contractor performance. For time being, in early 2023 PT.JIM has been awarded as the best performance among other contractors by earning 90,5 score rating.
Evaluation by Ministry is divided into 2 perspectives :
- Performance Assessment by System
Performance Assessment by e-purchasing system evaluates performance of order response, order completion and average evaluation by PPK (direct user). - Performance Assessment by PPK (direct user)
Performance Assessment by PPK (direct user) is evaluation given by PPK (end user) further details for product accuracy, after sales support & lead time delivery.
